We made rice and 'kulith'ache pithle. Hot meal, freshly made. It was great fun to cook and very tasty to eat! I think I am preferring to eat such meals when travelling/trekking rather than eating maggie etc. which we eat at home too ... This add more flavour, IMHO, to the experience. In the future we should plan to acquire supplies locally and then fashion dishes out of what is available. That would be more fun.
